The rental price includes:
•Vehicle rental;
•Standard insurance coverage;
•Agreed mileage allowance.
Additional charges may apply for traffic fines, Salik tolls, parking fees, excess mileage, and optional services.
Can the vehicle be delivered to my location?
Yes. We offer vehicle delivery and collection services across Dubai and selected locations within the UAE.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age requirement is generally 21 years, depending on the vehicle category.
Can I rent a car for a month or longer?
Yes. We offer flexible daily, weekly, and monthly rental plans with competitive long-term rates.
What happens if I receive a traffic fine?
Traffic fines, Salik toll charges, parking violations, and any related fees incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
What should I do in case of an accident?
In the event of an accident:
1.Ensure everyone’s safety;
2.Contact the police and obtain a police report;
3.Notify Vera Drive immediately.
A valid police report is required for insurance processing.
Is roadside assistance available?
Yes. Assistance is available in case of breakdowns or emergencies during the rental period.
Can someone else drive the rental car?
Additional drivers may be added subject to approval and submission of the required documents.
